As the title says, how do you become a sheriff?

You hope and pray and pay WG $500.

think it's something to do with the COAF

Only WG employees are Sherriffs

You have to be a Community Contributor to be a sheriff. Currently only way to do that is be on the Council of Armored Forces.

Sometimes it's regular players that get to be Sherrifs.
