I can not sell any of my Russian tanks.  I get an error saying, "Failed to sell "Tank Name". Try again later.  I just sold a brittish tank with no issue.

is your barracks full? cause that might stop you from selling them

You cannot sell Soviet Tanks, that is Capitalism dummy.
You can only sell a limited amount of vehicles at one time.

Wierd. I manually demounted the Camonet, prior to selling, and I was able to sell.   It would not sell when i selected "Send to Depot" for the CamoNet on the sell window.

Well looks like I was beat to the punch, but it's most likely you sold too many tanks. You're only capable of selling 4-5 tanks per day

Problem is obvious. WG will not allow you to sell your soviet tanks since mother russia needs more soldiers.  
On a more serious note though, basically what everyone else said.

To summarize:

1.You might have sold five tanks within a 24 hour period.
2. If not, then you should try demounting equipments manually before selling.
