I have played beside a lot of different clans and groups from our community. I can honestly say that G, Forge, Havok, Simp and that tier of clan, are unbelievable tankers. I remember playing with a lot of the Ural Steel winners from our server and they were so good that my mediocre playing improved just being on their team. I have total respect for their knowledge and abilities.
*Okay, to be fair my playing is probably less than mediocre. haha

Who were the rest of the folks involved in the draws? How did the draws go down? Stalemates?

Philadelphia is left unoccupied after a double draw in the final round.
All we know how to do is play for draws. We only took the other land by accident.

In all seriousness though, the battle we drew, the enemy arty did a good job of knocking out our main push force, so we only had ~5 tanks left, most at low hp. So we were waiting for them to make a move and try to counter it. But we didn't spot their remaining forces until about 1 minute left in the match and couldn't finish it.

Mugsy, we had a pretty good time. We landed on three territories but gave up on Pittsburgh for an ally and because we were a little uncertain about fielding three teams. We did see folks confused about the lack of landing arrows, but we avoided that problem without any trouble.
I like the idea of mass landings and hope you'll implement that for the next two regions.
I also like these "moneypot" territories, and I hope you'll implement the idea in the next two regions, albeit with a slightly lower bonus multiplier because (in theory) it should be easier to hold that territory for a shorter amount of time (ex. until the American opening is finished).
My concern is that without additional moneypot territories, we'll be seeing a massive influx into the Eastern U.S.as Europe and the Med close down.

I found a spelling mistake in your news article: Ft. Knox should be Ft. Enjoy

These battles times should have been staggered between the provinces and not make all of them convenient for Pacific coast time. What the>>>>?
#-2 Posted Feb 13 2013 - 05:32
what i would like to know is y r the drop times for the eastern time zone so late it makes it almost impossable to drop at 2300 when most of the players in the time zone r either in bed for school or like the rest of us have work in the morning r they thinking of makeing the drop time at 8pm and 9pm eastern

I just want to thank all of our allies and clans we have NAPs with... if not for them we (SIMP) couldn't have taken all four provinces we applied for.

OK after complaining on the other thread regarding this event I gotta say.
the way this event was planned and worked was MUCH BETTER!
Thanks! Keep this up and while there will always be complainers most will consider them as the exception rather then the rule.
