I was invited to a clan, which got me thinking,, if i did join a clan, i would want its members to be somewhat mature, professional and not childish and flippant. I find insults and smart ars remarks in game chat to be just plain tiring
I know i will recieve some flack for asking this.

It really all  depends on what you're looking for. If you find a clan that has what you are requiring. Then you got it.

SR has members from pretty much all ages and attitudes.   We try
to be professional, but we aren't good at it either.  I don't know if
you'd fit in, but your welcome if you to come over our TS for a day
if my COs allow it...

CRANK  our average age is about 40. We are all professional people. Doctors, Lawyers, business owners, a few retired people and one rocket scientist

Go with an older group, Noobette - the smaller the better - but there are no guarantees ...

Well are you looking for a big clan or a small one? For big i would go BLSTC or BLST2. For small look into a arm of ARMED.

Most clans are friendly and mature, but there's always a jerk or two in the roster.
