Achievement Idea- Artful Dodger

Have you ever played scout and swore that the enemy must have fired over 9000 damage worth of shots at you and failed to score a single hit? Well, I think we need an achievement based on this.
The award would be named "Artful Dodger" or something like that, and would be awarded to players in a light tank who have over twice their health in damage in shots pass within 15 Meters of their vehicle but fail to hit. Since they have the "Lucky" achievement, I am fairly sure the mechanics for this are in place.
What do you think? Aren't I just a bundle of ideas?

some of my most memorable battles have been cases where I've dodged and weaved through enemy fire in my ELC AMX. If anything, that little light tank is one hard SOB to hit... and boy does it make people pay for it if they fail to so much as track it...

Easy to implement ! The games knows when a tank is pointing directly at a target (the target's outline lights up), so all it has to do is record every time a shot a is fired at an outlined target that fails to hit that target. This isn't exactly what you're saying (it won't record shots that lead the target but still miss etc) but pretty close. Would also work for TD's and others that get shot at a lot but just missed.
The award threshhold should be by total damage compared to target damage, say 5 times or so. Thus a getting shot at but missed in a Maus by a BL-10 is not the same order of luck as being shot at and missed in a T-50 by that same gun.
