or maybe to follow suit of the overpowered HESH round they could just add the W33 and W48 nuclear artillery shells designed to be fired from a standard 203mm and 155mm artillery cannon
I don't Know about you but i would love to fire 72 ton yield nuclear warheads out of a tier 5 arty

1. Even though it will be artillery, you are basically firing a nuke.
2. It isnt even a tank, why do you think it is called world of tanks.

Sure! It has a 20min load time for the first shell

(15 to unlimber and 5 or so to load the actual round)
