The top guns on the KV1 are absolute CRAP. They have nerfed them to the point where playing the KV is a waist of time. I'm hitting other heavy tanks with heat and shaving 7hp off their side. This bullcrap. If WOT does not stop pandering to complainers about "balance" I'm leaving, and taking my money with me.

Sorry about not letting you have the easy ticket to absolute pubstomping. The original KV would have been OP with the 7.5 Match Maker, so  I am glad that it got nerfed. What do the other heavies get, huh? Churchill and T1 get high ROF cannons, and the BDR gets a giant 90mm, but has crap armour.

Actually would have kept my old KV-1 if they didn't nerf the gun depression to actual Russian levels. The KV-2 turret felt like it had -7 or -8 gun depression. Maybe more. Actually tempted to sell the KV-2 as well for exactly the same reason.

Edit: But the guns, the guns aren't the problem for the new KV-1.

he must not be using the 85mm cannon considering i've seen a kv-1 absolutely crush any other tier 5 it comes in contact with. and the 122 with HEAT. 1 shots a tier 5 medium for christ sake!

So OP, what KV-1 are you driving?

This is a joke, right?  I have played my KV-1 every day since I have had it, both pre and post nerf.  I ran the 107mm on it pre nerf and now run the 85mm post nerf and I actually like it better and have no problem damaging tier 7 tanks.  Maybe yours is broken, or maybe it is you.

really kv1 is one of my favorite tanks no derp top tier guns have taken out two tigers in two weeks one shotting them awesome tank

My KV-1 is incredible. I feel like I am driving a reenforced bunker with a gun. The top gun on the KV-1 is great for the tier. I have no trouble penning and doing dmg.
