Nope, that was a different caster, you are thinking of the New York qualifiers guy paired with Farquad. Clutch did some coverage of I think SC2 and Crossfire in China.

That was actually really cool to have the matches shoutcasted. Clutch brought a lot of energy to the matches and kept up pretty well. Unfortunately for him the matches were incredibly brief.
