We urge everyone to familiarize themselves with the following, prior to competing:

Registration

• Registration begins: March 6, 2013
  
• Registration ends: March 8, 2013 at 9:00AM PDT (12:00PM EDT)

Victory Conditions

• The winner of each round will be determined as the first to 3 victories on a given map.
  
• Each battle will last 10 minutes.
  
• The Standard battle mode will be used for this tournament.

Tier & Point Limits
With a maximum of 5 players per battle, a team (maximum 8 players per team) must field a selection of tanks based on the below tier limits and rules:

• Light: 5
  
• 25 tier points max.
  
• No other tank types permissible

Schedule
Rounds will begin at 7:30PM PDT (10:30PM EST, 02:30 UTC) each scheduled day. Curious what time this is in your region? Use this handy Time Zone Converter to help you out!

• Round 1: March 11th
  
• Round 2: March 12th
  
• Round 3: March 13th
  
• Round 4: March 14th
  
• Round 5: March 15th
  
• Round 6: March 16th

There will be a 2 minute break in between battles for each round.

Prizes
The following prizes will be provided to each member of the respective team, including reserves.

• First place: 5,000
  
• Second place: 2,000
  
• Third place: 1,000
  
• Fourth place: 1,000

Maps
There will only be one map used during Skirmish 11. The map played on will be Himmelsdorf.

I notice this event comes right on the heels of the 2801 nerf, otherwise they'd just have one shotted everything....

Actually they did this and it was all vk2801s w/105.  Should be interesting this time.  I know the crusader has a smaller derp.  The ELC hits hard but is fragile and has a slow reload. But not sure about the Chinese

Chinese don't have a tier 5 light. I think Chafees might rules this one. Will have to see how leopards fare at tier 5.

It will be all Chaffees, all the time... with some T-50-2s sprinkled in for rapid relocation.

Anyone who isn't taking 5 chaffees is going to lose horribly. Take some advice people, bring nothing but Chaffees if you want to stand any kind of chance.
The HP, refire speed and accuracy, plus the speed of the tank ontop of it's really nice view range will make it king of this tourny, infact the last time they did this back when the VK2801 was tier 5 an all Chaffee team won it.
