can you read this clearly?
Or do you have to strain a bit?
How's this?
Is it easier?
Did you have to high light the first two lines to read it?

When I try to read the stats on the equipment, I can read the numbers just fine, but what the numbers stand for, I don't know. Why? Because the names of the stats (rate of fire, weight, etc.) are written grey on black and a small font size. Even smaller than the font 8 I used on the first two lines. I have managed to pick out rate of fire and weight but that's all. So I figure if the numbers are higher than the numbers I already have, it must be better. What is on the rest of the list, I have no idea. When I saw that, I nearly deleted the entire game from my computer. (The jury is still out on this decision). I consider this type of action very inconsiderate to those who have problems with visual acuity.

I have noticed this very same problem on other games of this type. Why do Devs. insist on doing that? If the numbers can be written white on black, then why not the rest of the list? Printing grey on black is an obstacle for the visually challenged. I wear glasses, but my vision is not correctable to 20/20. I suppose if it was, I would have no problem reading the grey on black.

I suggest the printing be changed to a color that can be read by all. After all, there are many other colors that can be used which contrasts better with black. Another color that is often used but difficult to read on black is red (unless it is in large font).

I don't know what your talking about. But all I have to do is click and drag to highlight the white out words to read what they say easily.

I just went in game to see if that could be done...It can't!! I went to the store, put my cursor on one of the items. I saw the numbers clearly but what the numbers were for...I have no idea. Once you take the cursor off the item, the stats disappear. So, no, they cannot be highlighted.

And its OK that you need to do that because...?

Everyone please remember that 'ergonomics' and 'ease of use' are not in the Russian vocabulary.

I have discovered that in other Russian games. And why is that? I have always supposed it's because of the language barrier. But I can't see why making print easy to read is a problem in any language.

What color would you like the text to be, and can you provide an example (screenshot) of what exactly you're talking about? Pretty sure all that GUI stuff can be edited, it's just HTML.
