Ok, what I just noticed is that when I logged onto portal from another laptop. It worked. What I saw was from my computer (which I can't log onto portal from) it opens a new page to type your email/password. But when I tried from the other laptop, it stayed on the same page I was on, just prompted a new little window thing to log onto and it worked fine. So I don't know why my computer is still useing the "old" log in system and the other computer is not.

I haven't been able to log in to the portal reliably for over 18 hours now. I can log onto the game but I can't play because my tank starts "frozen" then suddenly "teleports". I wouldn't mind so much (I know sometimes things happen) but I paid for premium time....

the post I made last night

I cant access anything from world of tanks except the forums and this seems to be the only one stating the issues I'm having.
game is unplayable ping to high and lag spikes are seconds apart
I've tried a system restore that didn't work i even tried before to uninstall and re install but again website is inaccessible
i cant write a ticket because support website cant be loaded

It's not just you, I'm fairly certain at this point that there's a broken route somewhere leading to WoT Server.

I've had the same problem since yesterday myself with the launcher just having a spinning cog wheel and not responding.  The one time I got into the game, it was so badly lagged that it was unplayable - tanks warping all over the place.

I have responded to this thread in response to the issue:
http://forum.worldof...artup-freezing/

It's obviously not affecting everyone, so the only viable explanation is a bad route somewhere.  I have no other problem with other games, and my ping to my own Ventrilo server is 15ms.

For reference I am in Pennsylvania using a DSL connection through a small telco named Century Link.

not admitting there is a problem doesn't make it go away WarGaming

something changed between Wednesday and Thursday because I had no problems on Wednesday. Better check your servers wargaming because something changed big time.

I'm having the same issues as everyone else, in saint louis with Charter. Website will not load, launcher is stuck on the spinning cogwheel and manually starting the game with the .exe leads to incredible 300 plus ping teleporting games. Since multiple people are having this issue at the same time, clearly this is on their end.

Will wargaming do anything about this or just leave the people with this issue in the dust is my question.

Glad I haven't bought premium, still missing out on the triple XP.

I have also had problems yesterday and today getting onto the forums, have had the launcher hang or freeze, and when I do get on, terrible (999) ping and lag spikes in game.

I did the pingplotter thing, ash-b1-link.telia.net shows packet loss.

I have the same issues .. cant connect to the website as well as the game. It started today, I got into the game once, was able to access the website once and that was it...

I am in Minnesota and my provider is also Century Link. I can access the website from my office who uses a different provider...

Great to hear and thanks for letting us know it's working for you!

Worked for a few mins for me last night, but today it is still not responding.

The lag and packet loss is alos ridiculous in-game.

Figure out a solution WG, this is not acceptable.

There are plenty of posts scattered about the forums about problems with packet loss on the telia.net hops.

Re-route, change providers, or do something proactive instead of just closing tickets and hoping it goes away...

Same issue here, I can't access the website or the game unless I am directly connected to the modem. As we have 2 computers and a tablet, it is unacceptable

I am able to connect to the website and the game after rebooting my modem. Nevertheless ping is terrible and I'm not able to play.
Ran a ping plot which shows the problem seems to be telia.net as mentioned earlier...

I've run into this myself, I can't access the main website or the launcher. Trying to use the launcher to access World of Tanks causes it to freeze. Using the WoT application directly and logging in allows me to access the server, but makes everything horribly laggy and unplayable, the lag makes me sit still and jump forward a few seconds later.

The rest of my internet is working fine.
I wasn't having this problem last night.

This is from Wisconsin by the way.

There appears to be a route down at Telia.net.  I can get to www.worldoftanks.com and launch the game client when I tether my PC to my phone, but I can't reach WoT through my home DSL connection.
