What I'm basically asking is could you some how read all the game data and send it to a micro controller on the outside?

One project I'm thinking of is have three LEDS red yellow green and have them switch on according to armor penetration indicator.

Sure it could be done, but you'd likely be breaking the ToS in the process. Easiest way that I can think of to get what you need would be going through WoTs memory. But why would you want to have the LEDs, wouldn't it be best to have that information on the screen?

It's not just limited to the LEDS. That's only the easy project idea another one I'm thinking of is having the speed be read out on two 7 segment displays. in short basically building a cockpit for  world of tanks.
