Play it like a TD. Just because you have great armor doesn't mean you can't die.

The armor isnt great at all. Hide in bushes behind your allies. If it gets hit in the gun at all it will be penned.

You were obviously too dim-witted to read my next piece of advice. Yes, play it like a TD. Though obvious to you, some may believe that since it has such great armor they can charge the frontlines.  Therefore, there was reason as to why I  stated that.

I have a handy trick to cross an open field while making use of your armor without exposing your sides.
You keep your front to the enemy, move foward and to the right, then reverse and turn left (which being reverse would make it go right), and repeat. The end product will look like this:

Enemy!

Your path /\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/

Its hard to aim at your weakpoints through a bush at a hundred meters. An additional tip is the for most of your reload cycle poig your gun to the side to make the weak gun slot less exposed to the enemy. Works for me.

You have 254 battles, and have only 1 tier 5 vehicle, a KV-1, with a total of 2 battles.  You barely understand the game mechanics at this point, and low tier battles are not any kind of preparation for tier 7,8 and 9, which you will see with the AT15A.  Your winrate with the PZIVS is 16/58 or 27.5%, which has to be some kind of record in itself.

Forget the AT-15a for now.

Slow down and learn the tier 2-5 game a bit.  Learn how cover and camo work,  Learn how to angle your armor.  Learn about crew skills and equipment.  Learn how to track a tank and where you can penetrate those tier 2-5 tanks.  All of this information is available in the WoT wiki, this forum, online in youtube videos and a truck load of peoples fan sites.  Google is your friend in this.

When you can win about 48% of your battles in tier 5 tanks, then you might want to start grinding up and playing your tier 6 and 7 premiums.  At this point you are a liability to your team, and you will get raged at by the less mature players on your team.  You have made a monetary investment in this game, don't waste it by getting frustrated with tanks beyond your experience to play successfully.

I would recommend to you to start with the British TD line and work your way up it:   UC 2 pounder, Valentine AT, Alecto, and then the AT-2, which at tier 5 is a real sweet spot for the British AT line.  Once you can play the AT-2 well, you will find the AT-15a within your grasp and can reap the benefits of owning it.

Happy Tanking!

You might have the advantage of prior knowledge, but your current stats do not reflect that in any possible way... Biggie stated the best advice you could choose to follow....
