My Hetzer got skewed from having it's track shot while moving and firing, I accidentally shot my guys, the dude got so angry he went all out and killed my Hetzer no words in chat, no chance to apologize for the mess, the red team got to do bonus damage via my shot swinging into his Medium III .Had he looked, he would have seen my tracks laying on the ground.

There is zero reason to be blue. You turn blue when a certain percentage of your overall damage is team damage, hit somebody at spawn in the beginning etc. I've team killed two teammates with my t92s splah before and not turned blue.

I would not suggest killing a team member, EVEn if it's blue. Besides leaving your team with a player less. you take away  that player the chance of regain his honor back in the battlefield. Unless he starts firing at your team, of course.
Exactly.  I never TK someone blue (except for when they're actively team killing).  More people need to see this advice.

Shortly after getting the "big gun" on my KV-1S, I witnessed another KV-1s and a Ram pulling out of the circle and colliding.  Obviously one of them wanted to go left and the other was driving straight.  Neither of them wanted to slow down, so they kept rubbing treads.  Well the Ram went and started firing at the KV-1S.  I started to type a warning to the Ram, then he turned blue.

It was actually rather satisfying to blow him generally away almost the instant he went "blue".  It did take two shots, and I think he could have really put a bit of a hurt on me as the 1S's reload is SO long.  He only got a couple of shots in himself though.

When players asked what happened...I said he was being a douche, and needed to leave.

Not sure I'd shoot first and ask questions later as a rule, but in this case I was rather annoyed by his actions.

Turning blue takes effort and is a result of multiple attacks on friendly tanks.  More often than not, it is no accident. When they turn blue feel free to kill them. I kill smurfs... it is what I do...
How can you have 18000+ battles and not know that a single shot on the cap can turn you blue?  STUPID STUPID STUPID people.

I have a question . Who does the player wt blue coloured icon represent ? i have seen some of them shooting at their own team .

This is a team killer. He's shot at his teammates enough times to be flagged by the game. Be wary of them. Shoot them if you want to.

Thanks guys . I know what to do next .

Keep in mind that there are a few occasions when people turn blue when hitting someone by accident.  Before going on a blind vendetta, check what happened first.

When someone spawns on my team that is already blue from previous team-killing, I let him be as he can be of use to our team in the current battle.

That said, I killed my first blue TK ever last night as I watched him put shot after shot into someone BEHIND him on our cap!  That is, he had to turn that turret around and aim before pulling the trigger.  As soon as he turned blue I put him down.

The only reason I would ever advise to kill a blue player is if their gun is facing you. I was at Malinovka when a tank on my team shot 3 of us. He aimed at me and that was a huge mistake.
On the flip, I've accidentally shot other tankers on my team. I've randomly fired in lag spikes, finger twitches on a sensitive mouse (it went the way of the trash), people pulling in front of me when I fire at an enemy, or even splash damage while in an arty. There's so many reasons to accidentally damage a teammate.

One vs one is all that is left. Blue has 56% and camo enemy is at 18% and in circle. We begged Blue to attack him but he stayed hidden a block away and never fired. We ended up losing. So...IDK...he could have redeemed himself easily but now I think he did it on purpose.

It is probable that they made a mistake in the heat of battle and shot (and killed)  a team mate in a battle.  I would just keep an eye on them and make sure they don't start acting suicidal and shooting their teammates again.

A player's icon will turn blue after a set amount of friendly fire damage has occurred. Once a player is blue you are free to team-kill that player without financial repercussion.

In short: It means they are a team-killer.
It can happen with a single shot if it kills a teammate on a cap.  That can happen by mistake.

Sometimes that might be true. Had a match where a team mate shot me in the back at the start of a match.Took about a quarter of my health and he turned blue, even though I wasn't in the cap.He didn't shoot me,or any other team mate after that first shot,so I figured he had an itchy trigger finger and didn't shoot him back. He was killed by the other team, after he did some decent damage to them.
My policy is...if he's blue and still shooting team mates,he's fair game. But if he is blue and fighting the other team,I'll cut him some slack.
Accidents can happen,I've TK'd team mates by mistake before and luckily have never turned blue.

When you do enough non-team damage.  Basically, shoot the red tanks, not the green ones, and it will sort itself out.

Unknown to players.
Known to WG and they aren't telling.

It's a ratio of damage to the enemy and damage to the team in that battle, and also over a long period of time. If you don't make a habit of hitting teammates, you are unlikely to ever turn blue even on the occasional bad shot. I never have turned blue and I intend to keep it that way.

However, if the teammate is in one of the cap circles (yours or theirs), you will turn blue even for minor damage (don't know about bumping them).

Generally, I ignore a blue unless he starts trying to fire at teammates. If he's trying to shoot me, my policy is to let him do it. This is because the threshold for turning blue is close to the ban threshold, and I want him to cross it :P.

I believe that if someone kills two teammates in one battle, they get banned in match (you will see them appear to go AFK).

Depends on what they did or how it happened, most often I'll do nothing and leave it to the rest of the team.
