Amx 13 90 midway impressions

So after having a biased thought towards my amx 13 90 doing so poorly in it, I knew my opinion would be faulty and waited until I did at least decent in it to post my impressions on it, so here we go.
Pros:
burst damage: The burst damage isn't anything SUPER INCREDIBLE, but it is quite good and you'll reallyy put the beating on the enemy tank if not destroy him.
gun has decent damage: the gun has decent damage, this ties in with the burst because the more alpha per hit the more damage you can potentially do.
size: this tank is quite small which is great, it means it presents a smaller target and a much harder target on the move.
speed: This tank is quite fast which allows for it to get around with ease on the battlefield, heck, you have to slow down over some bumps so you don't smash in your tracks.
flexibility, this tank can really get around its flexible in the mobile sense that you can get to another place to back them up pretty quickly.
camo is same on the move as when its stationary:great bonus means your as hidden on the move as when your stationary
view range: view range is quite nice
counter scouting: this tank can take out enemy scouts easily this is one of their banes, I stay back at the beginning of matches where enemy scouts can reach our arty with ease and take them out before they do.
cons:
no armor: not surprised by this as its a light but once in a blue moon you get a super lucky bounce.
acceleration is only decent: this tank doesn't reach its top speed incredibly fast like other lights but it isn't much of a hinderance.
turning: you don't turn super fast in this tank making circling a little harder
bloom of aim: this tank is not extremely accurate on the move meaning its not a great hitter on the move and you usually need to stop to burst someone.
aimtime: aimtime is not good but it isn't bad, I only put it in the cons because it will catch you offguard, it may be in your interest to invest in a gun laying drive.
modules get hit often: ALWAYS bring a repair kit, med kit and extinguisher to each match due to its msall size the modules are much closer and will usually take damage or get destroyed in a match (crew seems to like dying)
vunurable to arty: ties in with armor not so bad because your moving around a lot and you will be hit but only sometimes does it obliverate you.
pen: the pen isn't that great you'll get more bounces then you expect, I always carry one full clip of apcr for heavier armored targets (you bounce off the sides of an e-100 with ap).
overall: overall this is a great tank for me the pros outweigh the cons and once you leanr how to use it its a great tank and can really cause mayhem in the battle.

Was a good tank before it up tiered. Now its...meh.
Only the kv3 was successful at making the jump.

It has the same matchmaking now as it did back when it was a tier 7. It saw 10's then and it see's 10's now. Equally as consistent too.
Tier 7 it had 1,000 HP, tier 8 it has 1100 HP. Still has the same gun. How exactly did the tier change make it worse? It's exactly the same as before with 100 extra HP.

Is the match making exactly the same, or did they actually cut the bottom end off a bit? (Legit question, I honestly don't remember.)
I actually just finished my grind on the 13 90 this weekend, not a bad tank, but I don't do overly well with it. The poor accuracy on the move and the long aim time are my biggest problems with the tank. The pretty anemic performance in the corners is annoying, but would be easily forgivable if it worked better as a mobile gun platform (why the heck do they still have it so this thing can't mount a vertical stabilizer?), rather than the deployable gun platform that it currently seems to be.
