Do fallen trees provide a camouflage bonus like other ground-borne foliage?

Yep. Same Camo bonus that it has when it's standing up, just that it's on the floor now XD

have successfully done this multiple times on Westfield and Ensk.

Yes, because tree crushed by a tank or destroyed by explosion is so not flat and not burnt to crisps. Much better camouflage than big blob of leafs nicely placed in three dimensions via interesting system of branching support. Yessss, standing trees should be nerfed.

Camo value of fallen trees is lower than a bush, I do not remember exact number but it was less than 25% of a bush if I recall correctly.

Be thankful fallen trees give any camo.  Not so long ago, fallen trees gave no camo at all.  It was always annoying when you had some person go around knocking down all your cover because they thought you were "camping", or because it was funny to  them.

I've made a little nest for myself out of fallen trees many times. Sadly the games that allow me to stay in my cozy little nest are rare.

Yes, they do.  I believe theyre about 40% of a bush, but usually larger and thus easier to cover your whole tank with.
