You clan members are the representation of "end game" players to the new players who are the future of this game. And who would blame anyone for not wishing to join that "community" as things stand now?

you see things wrong. most people in clans are average/good. most people that arent in clans are bots/bad. when an average /good player gets told for the billionth time by some mouthbreathing-favourite-colour-is-potato-350eff player that their suggestion is bad and that they're 'a noob' or 'homosexual', we tend to say screw helping them, their badness will stay bad.
