autoloading arty, sounds really op
When you take into consideration that a full clip takes nearly a minute to reload, you see that it isn't too op after all.
However, the arty with the autoloader also has ridiculous speed(for arty) and a turret, so, yeah, it could be OP, but it's reload time is a big weakness.

What does this even mean?
Gun arc- How far in degrees the gun on a tank can turn.
Alpha damage- The potential damage a gun does in one shot.
Accuracy- The greater the accuracy, the higher the chance the shell will land where you aim it.

Have we reached a consensus on which nation seems all around stronger with artillery? I'm ready to jump into the World of Artillery and don't know what to buy!

You're in uncharted territory with the changes in 0.8.6. Not that I would know, haven't played arty in ages. Would be interested in your opinions over the next few weeks tho, if you get into it heavily. Your impressions as someone with no knowledge/baggage of how it used to be would be interesting.

Anyway, I have no idea which arty line is the best. If it's like other lines, then WG has done a decent job of keeping them close. Different, but balanced.

im honestly a fan of the german line starting from the wespe it has a very very good gun and good accuracy then we come to the grille..BEST ARTY EVER!!!!(idk after the nerf) with the grille top gun it has very good accuracy for its caliber(150mm) and i can easily 1 shot a t1 heavy or take 700dmg out of a m4a3e2 so for me germany is the winner

in russia only the SU line has a high arc, the objects start having almost no arc at all.

I'd think of the question in more practical terms- which has an SPG at low enough tiers to get into easily and painlessly, and which one has the best SPG overall. There are a number of low and mid tier SPGs with good potential. The newly-released British Birch Gun at tier 4, for instance. But the more relevant point to address is something to keep in the long term. As of right now, I cast my vote for the American M53/M55 at tier 9. Better combination of accuracy and fire rate than any other SPG in its own tier when it uses the 155mm gun, not to mention the machine itself has good mobility and a wide gun arc.

But does this mean that everyone should drop with they're doing and swap to the American SPG line? Probably not. Hell of a grind to get to tier 9, and there are a few major duds along the way.

Since the French is the only SPG line with a premium vehicle, it would be the easier line to grind up to top tier; for training crews and credit income is better for premium vehicles.

By the time I purchased the Bat Chat 155, I had over 3M in credit after the purchase and my SPG crew was well over 320% (100% plus 2 skills/perks) in training. French premium SPG 105 leFH18B2 is a great credit earning vehicle.

I agree wholeheartedly about the LeFH... great credit earned, great trainer and FUN to play!
