Soviet NI Tank , also known as the "Odesskiy Tank" . It was made using the STZ-5 agricultural tractor , lots of heavy armor installed on it and the mounting turrets from T-26 tanks.

the goliath tracked mine. it was remote-controlled and was a multiple purpose "mini tank" used to destroy tanks, bridges, buildings, etc its full german name was Leichter Ladungsträger Goliath (Sd.Kfz. 302/303a/303b)

If it was radio or ir controlled they would have had something there. Far as I have seen these things were basically a good idea but a failure because it was pilot from not so far behind it on a wire....
