why I can use crews in my T25 premium for the VK30.01D ?
They're in the same medium tank type and T25 is a premium tank
Anyone please help me

It works the other way, you use your VK crew in the premium

The way premium tanks work is that you can train crews from nonpremium tanks of the same kind in the premium tank without penalties. It doesn't work the other way around unfortunately.

Regular crews will work in premium tank, but not the other way around. You would need to retrain your T-25 crew to the 30.01 then you could swap them back and forth with no penalty.

Train the crew to use the vk then swap them back to the premium tank anytime with retraining or penalty

You can use the T-25 on the VK without retraining them, however they will take a penalty in performance and experience earning on each battle.
