Why is it pay to win?

Simple - you need to pay to convert free experience so you don't have to endure hideous 'stock' grinds in tanks. As a result you win more when you pay. Until they make free experience convertible with credits, it will be pay2win.

Allow me to explain... My son ground up to the Tiger 2, but the upgrade modules require a ton of experience. He has been grinding for a long time to fully upgrade the Tiger 2. During this process his credit losses were quite high, and his overall win-rate dropped 2%. Largely attributed to this long long grind to get out of the stock Tiger 2. If he had simply spend cash he could have immediately converted free experience and fully upgraded the Tiger 2, which would have likely raised his win rate, and increased his credit stores. Hence, the game is pay2 win, masked as F2P until they make free experience conversions via credits available.

Discuss..

Even if they remove the xfer of xp or make it available for silver, according to your post it would still be pay to win. Players paying for a premium account get credits and xp 50% faster so they can get a vehicle elite faster.

I don't think you even know what pay to win actually is.

two points:
faster grind =/= pay2win.
free exp is only convertable after the tank is elite, and a lot of people rather turn on accelerated training.

KT is one of the worst examples you can use here, as the tanks playable quite well stock.

Then they need to allow gold tanks to be purchased with large amounts of credits, along with credits being used for free xp conversions.

Only then will the game be fully F2P.
