Absolutely fucking ridiculous that WG has not even bothered to respond to a thread about an ongoing issue, a thread that is over a month old and has been bumped repeatedly I might add.  Do any WG reps even read this forum?

Also having this problem, sent in my cell number and received only a blank text instead of a code. Hope we get an answer soon.

same here, had to make a separate account just to submit a ticket (before I get the rage/flame I'm not playing with a second account it was made for the sole purpose to submit a ticket and post my 2 cents here). Oddly enough you must log in to submit a ticket and for at least some of us, if you are trying to get the reset password text it's because we don't know the passwords. Needless to say I've been trying the text option for the last few days to no avail. here's to hoping the ticket I submitted with this account proves to be more fruitful.

I have the same problem. I'm trying to reset my password but every time I receive a text message with no contents.

I'm currently posting from an alt account. Wargaming get your act together...do not offer security features if they do not work and also what about a timely response to these other players that have posted, what is your customer / community management doing?

People ... read this very very carefully you just clearly indicated that you supplied an online company from RUSSIA that is clearly based on the single purpose to relieve you of your cold hard cash for intagable items that can go poof tommorrow if the company goes under which is all fine and dandy however if and when that day arrives that russian company has all your personal information which they can sell to telemarketers if not already doing so now.. if you playing online games you should not even use your regular e-mail account let alone one attached to a cell phone .. and by the way your cell phone number is attached to your phone bill and texting charge like the ones from spam agencys can also be applied and there may be some hidden clause if you cancel the service your wot account may also be frozen ? bottom line dont give anyone your phone number online unless its for a job application.

Stop spreading FUD. It's multi-factor authentication and should be required for any online service.

I have a Verizon Droid 4 and I sent for 2 different codes and it shows me the number that sent it, but the text field is totally blank. I'd contact support but I don't really feel that it's worth the hassle.
