Gl, getting help from them, was gonna help but I'm not a 'pro modder' like Roughneck or Locastan.

Go to the World of Tanks directory and look for the xvm-stat.exe.config and open with notepad.

Look for this bit of code:
<setting name="Timeout" serializeAs="String">
    <value>30000</value>
    </setting>

For you the timeout value will be less, i think it was 10,000 at default. Increase this value, however dont go above 50,000 or it will cause you some big delays ingame.

The main issue with the server is that it is getting allot of requests and it is working rather slow atm, does this every now and then and by doing this you are increasing the time your client will wait for the stats of the players, giving you more success with loading their stats.

I am having same problem, service record isn't showing stats. I did the config change but still no luck. Hopefully the server load lightens up soon.

This is a post from one of the XVM developers on the forum at KoreanRandom.com in response to reports of missing efficiency in the service record and tank companies...  Apologies for the Google translation from Russian.

"Please be patient. Increased workload and more severe limitation on requests from the HS demanded radical measures. Promise about today, I will not, but on the weekends hangar work."

Key phrase is "weekend work".  Maybe it will be working by Monday.

I've tried three 'service record' setups - an old one, locastans, and another new one - as of 8.6 they've dropped the % wins to increase W/R 0.5% and a whole *host* of other information.
All I get nowadays is 'number of battles won/lost' and xp/credits... nothing more.

Was that intended?
