Since 8.0 was a major milestone for WoT, and since 9.0 is coming closer and closer,
I was thinking, will 9.0 will be a major milestone as well?
Have you heard about any big plans?

Maybe equipment to let your tank go underwater?
<I have heard nothing, but that would be cool>

  • Adding more variety of birds.
  • Improved graphics of bird visuals.

But seriously, they would have made vast improvements into physics engine, tech trees and game economy.

Probably Japanese tanks, and expanding lines of existing nations. I heard Japanese tanks are scheduled to come out this year, so.

There's been talk of a few big things coming. It'll probably be either the Japanese tree or the new physics thing.

Hopefully they will add some animal variety to the maps...we've got birds already but what about deer, boars and polar bears on Arctic?

But seriously, instead of introducing new tanks I would like to see more gameplay and mechanics improvements, as well as bigger maps for bigger battles (20 vs 20? 30 vs 30?). Also, I heard that they are going to completely re-work the cammo and spotting mechanics...we shall see.

They will nerf german birds, cause SerB concluded that they have OP sound,  while Russian birds will receive new, more historical refine sounds.

Chinese TDs should be out as well as thin skin Japanese tanks.

And light tanks were complaining about being made useless before. How about we let Polar Bears maul your little light tank

Or if your (light tank) gun can't pen that heavy how about shooting some birds? In the ends it'a all about fun, isn't it?  :playing:

But then the light tanks can't hide behind the heavies and snipe the Auto Bounce plate on the KV-1S from 500 m away like they love to do for some unknown reason.

They've been thinking of making an overhaul to the usefulness of camo paint on larger vehicles, but that was noted months before we had the camo changes of 8.6
