I'm experiencing this as well and it is a bit annoying that I cannot access the site at all. I've had this issue in the past with wikia.com and Time Warner Cable, but now it is affecting this site -.- I hope some quick fix can be resolved for this.

TWC Roadrunner

I can't access the website, submit a ticket, update the launcher, or connect to the NA West server.  I can, however, connect to the NA East server.

So apparently no truth to the rumor/statement from the thread I linked to, as some TWC customers still can access the game, and the poll shows too. Not only TWC customers, but others as well

I cannot access the WoT website and the game client will not connect either. I can access the wiki and the forums, but I cannot login to them (I am posting this with my phone through AT&T). I can ping the NA east servers, but if I try to ping the NA west servers, it just times out.

The problem started early yesterday and I have called Time Warner twice. Last night they said there was no issue on their side. I called back this morning and they were able to duplicate the issue and finally admitted that there was a problem. They have the engineers working on it, but that was about 6 hours ago and it's still not working from here in south Texas.

Yup... routing issue from TWC account here. Although it is not TimeWarner problem. Problem is with Telia.

Telia network doesn't know how to route packets from my provider to WoT.

If that is the case, why did it just start happening now? And why can't they (Wargaming) just tell TELIA, "do it as in 8.5?" I still don't understand how this just started happening to me after over 8K games.

it has nothing to do with you... one or more of the network admins at Telia screwed something up.. could had been a routine maintenance, equipment upgrade... or like ive read elsewhere in the forum a denial of service attack.

It's a problem at Telia network that started yesterday. Why? We won't find out unless WoT or Telia disclose it.

Im dissapointed that WoT wasn't clear about it and didn't post offical statement here by now. It is very unprofessional.

The issue is not with Telia.net, as they are simply the backbone provider. TWC is most likely experiencing an issue in their routing that causes connections to the servers to be dropped, or vice versa.

Thread with more info with a working temporary fix: http://forum.worldof...ble-workaround/

Issue is not limited to TW.

Issue is indeed with Telia. They are the ones that can't route the packets. The issue is not limited to TWC. it is wide spread accross multiple providers.

Lots of finger pointing and guessing, but no fixes.
Must have the same designers that worked on Windows!

Online with TWC support, not very helpful, they are creating me a ticket. When I run my Astrill VPN on my laptop I can connect to everything, turn it off almost nothing.

Same problem here. TWC - Dallas, TX. Do you guys know if Wargaming will be resolving it or we won't be able to play from now on?

i can access the NA East Server but not the NA West.  I can access the forums but not the portal.  I also have TWC.  I can also create a VPN connection to my work from another pc and have no problems accessing www.worldoftanks.com.  I'm not having any problems on NA East other than some crap teams.

I'm in Kentucky and a Windstream user and I have this exact problem as well.  I think the only reason I am able to actually post to the forum was because I was logged in before all this started.
