Overlord, this next round of testing on the Test Server, will we see the removal of the Server Tags (_US, _EU, _RU) after player names? It would be nice to see more focus on Testing each round, then Team Killing and Nationalism issues.

I have searched the forums and cannot find an answer to my following question.
Are there plans to improve the "global rating" system to better reflect the actual skill of the tanker?
As an example please look at the following tankers profile:

Because of his avg exp per battle he is ranked very high on a global scale, even though he has less than 200 battles. He could leave this account alone and "squat" on that spot throwing rankings off for everyone.

I interpreted it as meaning it's values will fall somewhere around the same as the existing Tier8 prems, but maybe not completely decided yet. I would guess, personally, that it will slot in between KV-5 and Lowe in both earning & cost. Maybe it will be 10k gold?

It appears to be radius, which would be standard for a dispersion measurement.

Overlord, following on from this, is it possible (or, should I ask, being considered to add similar balancing for Scout tanks as is used for arty? i.e. each team equal weight, max difference of +/- 1, and either both = 0 or both > 0? im pretty sure we understand that, why is this possible? what hit (especially a penetrating one) could damage a crew member or internal module with no other damage to the tank? and why do some HE shells destroy a module and achieve nothing else?

The reply I got from them told me to defragment my hard disk, reinstall the game, revert to all default settings in the game, and other advice that had absolutely nothing to do with my problem. Submitting support tickets is not helping; that is why I am asking you what can be done.

The following are STATS of the following tanks primary Gun. Question at the end.
Off the following stats which were taken from the latest 6.7 patch
1) Why is the price of the PATTONS gold round (12) higher than the E-50s and t-54s(10) , It is also higher than the MAUS and IS7s Gold round.
2) Why is the PATTONS gold round higher than the tier 10 tanks and higher than its tier 9 counter parts.
Other interesting stats are the t54s gold round(294) , has higher pen values then the E-50(270) and Patton (265), it is only 10 gold and clearly beats the Patton's and E-50s gold round by 20+.
3) Why is the Gold round for the Patton overpriced and out classed?
4) If the gold round is changed to 10 gold , will there be compensation to people who bought the rounds at 12 gold?, if not why can't the GOLD rounds for the Patton increase with Pen? Since they are essentially paying more for a inferior round.

I'd could possibly be that even though the T-54 it has 294 pen, it also does 70 less damage then either the E-50 or Patton, and that could be balance, but it makes no sense why the pattons is worse then the E-50's and yet costs more

A couple questions.
I don't know about anyone else, but I have concerns about the camo skin effect on the game. Last night I had a T34 disappear less than 100 meters in front of me and then reappear in another position. Which basicly means me drove right in front of me and I didn't see him. My concern is how much of a boost is the gold camo skin going to give a tank or TD hiding?

I don't mean to sound like a downer but I am curious about how the US tree, heavies in particular, are going to cope with the new slope + penetration mechanics. I have noticed a trend of almost nill US heavies running around in most battles I get in, save for those that seem to be hell bent on grinding their face to get the premium + garage slot, What balancing measure will the US tree get to offset the many setbbacks it has compared to it's counterparts? Perhaps lower repair costs?

Granted he could have ment that the answer to the second one is literaly the same as the first one, Ie they expect it to be as profitable (for them) as the other Teir 8 Premiums.

Overlord, I was wondering if the Tiger will get a new model when you introduce the skirt armor in update 7.0. Will the change be like comparing the panther and panther 2 where there is a visible skirt armor or will it only be implemented in a less visual way while still retaining the same ingame model?
Also has the matchmaker been been adjusted before the update to allow newly purchased tanks lower teir spreads? I just purchased an IS and i only fought tier 8s and tier 7s at times where my other tier 7s would fight tier 9s.

If you're going to have a tank lockout of 7 (!) days in CW, then the US tree needs a second heavy or medium branch. With that lockout, its better to grind multiple tier 10 tanks, which is ridiculously easy for the russian tree (anyone surprised?).
Overlord, will you put in a second top tier US line or will you leave the US tank tree at a severe disadvantage?

Can you please share the thinking by having something so dramatic as 7 day lock out for clan wars? Why not start with 2-3 days see how it affects the game and adjust from there? 7 days seems like a gamebreaker to most of us.
Also, can you share what Wargaming's vision is for Clan Wars? Are all of these changes to spur as much turnover as possible on the map? Are they trying to limit clans to only holding a handful of provinces, 3 or 4?
I think the community would be more willing to accept the changes if we understood the larger context of why the changes were being made, and what the developers vision was.

*I dont know why I was accused of this, I dont even have one alt, let alone one teir 10 heavy or any of the top TDs Mediums lights or SPGs.
Which reminds me, dont I have to at least be in a clan to be able to beat up people with my otherwise non existant fleet of top of list tanks?

I'm confused by your post. The German tree is the only one currently with two Tier X tanks. Yes, there will be a second USSR Heavy tree (with IS-4 at it's top), but to me it looks like the German tree will be the easier one to get both Tier X as it splits at Tier 7, rather than Tier 5 like it looks the USSR one will.
How do you gather than it's ridiculously easy to grind multiple Tier 10s on the russian tree?
I would really love a second US Medium line, though (or Heavy, but I think they have more tanks suitable for being Medium).
