Yep, it should be a VK 3.02 with a PaK 38 slapped on top.

T-29 was the Christie suspension T-28, that looks more like Torsion bar though.

I think it's the T-28 they used as a testbed for the KV-1's suspension no less.

Totally freak accident this morning...I seen this researching the M3 Lee!  No kidding, i was looking at info on the Lee and seen this picture.  Then an hour later I seen your pic, at first I didn't recognized it but I knew I seen it...LOL.  Its called the BARV, Beach Armored Recovery Vehicle.

Destroyed T-64 in ukrain. Front upper glacis is digging into ground, and the yellowish rusted part above the ground has the upper front hull hatch  and part of the turret ring.

I've seen it mentioned that it's a T-64, but I wasn't sure, thus why I posted it here. I figured that if anybody could definitively ID it, the people here would be able to.
