Tankers!
We're pleased to announce the introduction of Unified Premium accounts. With their introduction, your pre-existing Premium account will be updated without any additional cost, now granting you Premium access for all games from Wargaming.net! With this reinvention of the Premium account, the Wargaming.net universe will become a fully interactive system, making it simple for players to maintain Premium time across all of our games without any additional expenses!
A Unified Premium account can be purchased in any of the Wargaming.net games just the same way that standard Premium time was purchased formerly. The difference is that the effects of the Premium account -- 50% extra Credits and XP per battle and special garages/hangars -- will no longer just apply to the game through which you bought the account. You'll now enjoy these Premium bonuses across all of our games!
For example: when you buy Premium time in World of Tanks, the Premium account is now also automatically activated for World of Warplanes. Once World of Warships goes live, your Premium account will be applied there, too, as well as across any other projects in the future. The best part for all of this is that the price of Premium won’t change.
Thanks again for being part of the exciting Wargaming.net universe. Roll out!
NOTE: During the Second Stage of the World of Warplanes Open Beta, players will be able to buy Unified Premium account time with earned in-game Tokens. This is a great chance to get Premium account access for World of Tanks just for helping us test World of Warplanes! Find more information about the Token system in World of Warplanes here.

Wait, you mean unified premium is not the same as regular premium? Or am I reading that wrong?
EDIT: Yeah, I think I just read it wrong, my bad.

EDIT: Apparently, it is the same. So it is just the name changing or just Premium in all games?

Negging content_WG is just a tradition, like booing Bettman.

So am I reading this right? The people that already have premium aren't getting premium for other games. If so, you are screwing the players that buy a year at a time etc. I hope I'm wrong about this because that is a really shitty thing to do.
Nvm all cleared up.

If this is different than premium, nice money grab WG. But, no thanks no more money for you anymore anyway.

Well it was honestly a bit of a hard read (or maybe im just dumb, most likely this one) But I don't think they are separate, but then again they do seem to mistype things lots of times.

For clarification this is what in the bottom of the announcement said:

"When you buy Premium time in World of Tanks, the Premium account is now also automatically activated for World of Warplanes. Once World of Warships goes live, your Premium account will be applied there, too, as well as across any other projects in the future. It sounds like just a terminology thing and not an extra charge for a unified premium account vs standard premium.

They're just calling it something different. Bottom line: it's premium for both WoT and WoWP at no added cost.

Situation question I'd like a confirmed answer on.

I have World of Tanks Premium currently with 230 days of Premium left and 17,000 gold.

If I buy your following offer from World of Warplanes:....

"Heavy Bundle - $100.00 .... The Heavy bundle includes 8,000 and 12 months of Premium, as well as the XFL-1 – an American carrier-based fighter. Purchasing this bundle at a cost of $100 will save you 30% of the average value of the gold and Premium account time."

Does that mean I would then have 595 days of Premium (230+365) and 25,000 (17,000+8000) gold to use on both World of Tanks AND World of Warplanes

Is that correct?  :amazed:

WG announcements always sound like somewhat botched translations of edicts from the Kremlin.

Bettman isn't all bad.  Roger Goodell on the other hand.......

If He/She/They posted the cure for Cancer, Diabetes and Athlete's Foot, I'm sure they'd get neg bombed.

Actually, quite the opposite! Premium will be applied across all "World of" titles.
