I cant buy gold with paysafe!?!

paysafe gold premium store dosent work eror with loading croatia WG sucks make it work! u guys are slow as sht cant buy gold!

So,im from Croatia and i cant buy anything from new premium store! So is there problem in me or in WG (again! they cant do anyting right!) ?
Any way... i have this problem for few days.. and i tried with google chrome and internet explorer AND it desent work. And it also dotn work to my friends.. Anyone with same problem?

Yes I have clan mates from Europe with the same issue, they are both aware of it and working on it.

Me and my brother have the same problem (we are from Austria), he sent a ticket and they told him they're going to solve it!

I'm also having problems, I usually buy gold with my Debit card but that option is not there either :(

twice i have used a Ultimate Pay card...and not recieved the gold.  The credit system they used to have is not working...so left over amounts on the card do not "kick in" to cover the rest of the purchase.  So far, I have lost $30  and I am done spending for this game!  Support has been no help.

I have not been able to buy anything on my account or my wifes account, I have opened a support ticket 2 days ago, and have not received a reply. apparently WG doesn't want my money anymore

To be honest: I'm really pissed off. The old shop worked and the new one doesn't. I think wargaming is doing a great job with world of tanks, I love this game. It's exciting and we are getting new stuff every patch. But I cannot understand why they are not intersted in receiving my money! I hope they will fix it soon!
I recommend everybody to write the Wargaming and the ultimatepay support!

We should consider consolidating all those not paid using UGC and look at a class action suit. They're not as difficult as one may think. I personally have lost $60 with 3 cards used on one purchase and nothing received.

UltimatePay is a terrible service with copy/paste customer service, which doesn't provide solutions.  Wargaming find a better pay vendor soon cause I can't recommend due to UltimatePay/PlaySpan.

Taking money and not providing refunds for cancelled transaction methods is a theft and theft should be punished.

Also when WG is actually going to reply to incident of this magnitude?

I still will buy gold and goodies just not thru the above mentioned imbeciles... fire them NOW.
