I can only comment to tier VIII;
I.  MS-1
II:  Pz 35(t)
III:  Marder II
IV:  Leopard
V: KV-1
VI:  VK 3601 (H)
VII:  VK 3002 (DB)
VIII:  PzKpfw VI-B  Tiger II
I'd have to say that the Tiers 9 and 10 that I fear most are the ISs

Only played like 2 tier 6s and only 1 tier 7, so my list will be up to tier 5...
1. MS-1 (good little fighter)
2. M2 LT (base buster)
3. Marder II (invisniper)
4. T-28 (peek a boo boss)
5. SU-85 (shotgun around the corner/support sniper hybrid)
