  2. I think that overall, Subversions affect everyone equally, and nothing will really change. (21 votes [2.30%])

  3. I think that overall, Subversions will have a negative impact on the CW experience. (760 votes [83.33%])

    Percentage of vote: 83.33%

  4. I think that we can't really judge this until we see how it pans out and give the new mechanics a try. (96 votes [10.53%])

    Percentage of vote: 10.53%

POPULAR

Exactly what the title says, I'd just like to get a couple-hundred votes so that we can see where our land-holding clans collectively stand on the issue of the Subversion mechanics.

EDIT, October 14:
Given the 80-85% opposition, and 1% in-favour, and the general feelings towards these measures, I have provided ugly signatures of protest.

you need an option for it not mattering. all the major conglomerates will not be impacted by this.

How is that different from option 2?

Personally I think it will just generate more camping on Gold pots and further discourage 'big clans' from ever starting or getting involved in conflicts because of a greater concern for leaving territories undefended and finding themselves at a disadvantage because of some stupid browser-based RNG.

Be nice, Double. We're just sounding things out here, finding out how the collective opinions stack up. I deliberately avoided using leading questions or incorporating clan politics in any way. BOSS is CW-active, even if they aren't perennial landholders, let them opine.

Heavy Turrets general opinion remains the same. Less likely to move off the farm, more difficult for clans with small tier X or activity counts to compete.

Or less approval than un-viewable boobs in a Red Sky embassy thread.

That just means the subversions will continue to hold office...

Can you tell fact from fiction?
  • Provocation - Force a revolt to break out in the province.
  • Rail War - Closes the borders of a province from chip and HQ movements and cut it off from the HQ.
  • Attack Supply Lines - Randomly locks 15 tier 10 tanks of the targeted clan.
  • Sabotage - One of the enemy chips is removed and sent to the Clan's reserve with a full cool-down.
  • Defection - Randomly kicks 5 players from the enemy clan, with a 72 hour cool-down.
  • Annihilation - HQ is removed and sent to the reserve, with a 24 hour cool-down.
  • Call to Arms - Compels your members to return to the game by uninstalling War Thunder from their computers and hijacking their WT account.  New games will be added in future patches.
  • Foray - Automatically drops all of your unstacked chips onto the enemy's unguarded territories.
  • Counterspy Termination - Counter-espionage on the specified province is terminated.

All polls have a +-2% accuracy, so we can forget about those.

The only feature that seems to be a positive on this list is the Counterspy one. That one does at least look like a positive feature, but the rest look like crap and can only serve to reduce Gold payouts to members, maybe....
