Fixed .exe file with disabled rendering of track prints is available. It turns off the display of track prints on the ground. Download link.

Download the file and place it in root game folder, launch the game using this file
(WorldOfTanks_notraces.exe)

Leave your comments in this thread on whehter it helps against FPS drops or not.

It seems the filename you linked is "WorldOfTanks_6.3.7_notraces.exe" although upon loading it appears to be the correct version (0.6.3.8).

I will test the file momentarily.

EDIT: Using the file linked above, all traces of frame rate drops have stopped.

I get an error message that says it is not a valid win32 file when trying to execute.

I should have been more clear with my 64bit question, as this is what I got too. Maybe if not for 64bit then it was made for vista/7? I am still XP :(

The above link does not seem to work for browsers. However, it will work if you're using a download manager. Below is the magnet link if you are desperately in need of this file :)

It should work under Windows XP, Vista, 7. Both x64 and x86 editions.

Sorry, it does not run on either my XP or my Win7 computers.  Maybe you need to examine the file?

The file seems to be fine, try using download manager if you are having issues with downloading.

Might be because this file is for an older version of the game.
