Running Win 7 64
i7 cpu 1.6 Ghz 8 GB Nvidia GT 330M Samsung Laptop
Ran up to 8.8 without issues but since 8.9 my FPS drops from steady 50's to 50 - 2 fps !!! Seemly at random points when in random battle. Completely ruined two days of Premium that I started in 8.8 without any problems than in 8.9 FPS varies wildly.
Deleted programs - allowed WOT tru firewall , blocked others that might interfere, disabled security, uninstalled WOT and re-installed it. Used CCleaner to clean out trash, and fix registry issues. Downloaded latest Nvidia drivers, BIOS already updated. Under WOT settings went from custom to Low in all graphical settings.
Like I said everything was fine in 8.8 but 8.9 is unstable for me. FPS might drop to 2 from 50 than pick up to 50 again !! Completely unpredictable. Nothing helps. Any suggestions ??
Have since changed password, run a Windows bench mark( no change from prior),  Ugh !!
Thanks for the comments, turns out I discovered some bad sectors on my HD !!

For the first time tonight since playing this game I had to get off due to long lasting lag spikes myself.  I average about 30-50 FPS with about 30-40ms.  My FPS didn't change but I would lag up to 200ms out of the blue and it would last for 5-10 minutes in a match.  Very irritating!

I have been having simular issues. My average is 60-90 FPS but sometimes it would drop to 40 suddenly. This would be fine if it didnt cause massive jumps in the game and cause me to either miss a shot or die. (not an internet issue)
Nvidia have been messing with their drivers and the problem either gets better or worse with every update :/
