I'm liking the new win conditions, this is a nice change.  Also, not having to provide a vehicle list ahead of time really helps make registration a lot easier.

Is it possible to provide the whole work flow including notify both teams what time and date will challenge each other, etc...
I know 3 days notification is not happening, but do we stay online at 10pm EST something like that? or do we have at least one day notice? What's roughly the time will be hosting(even in the weekend)?

That worries me the most because my teammate are all in different timezone and I have to coordinate a bit. So I want to make sure the workflow so I can have backup plan ready before the fight. Thank you a lot

without a vehicle list it might be good to have a rule covering forming up tanks before the battle, so there's no issues with people shifting tanks once they see the enemy team. i'd suggest that people form their team in separate rooms, and then merge them when both teams are ready.

Will the competition be held on Ruinberg throughout the entire (NA - server-side) competition?  IE. Will there be a map change for the NA finals?

Winner of the match is the team that is first to gain at least 2  victories in 5 battles, regardless of amount of draws. In case that no  team gains two victories in 5 battles, both teams are disqualified for  passive gameplay.
After each battle teams change their re-spawn points. Start re-spawns are  being selected by championship administration or judge representative.
In case there is technical crash during the match, full match,  regardless of round results before, will be replayed from the beginning.

by this you mean we do a max for 5 battles and the first to win 2 gets the 3 points/ moves on?

also i haven't seen the registration dates? when does registration start or if its already started when does it end?

I would like to join, I got my IS-3 and ISU-152. Both vehicles are close to becoming elite ( on both i need just need to research the next tier ) and i got enough gold to use premium ammo and consumables. Can follow directions and willing to take shots for the team.

How is this going to work when we don't know what vehicles we will have (ie because of the hard wipe) ?

Also... when will battles take place - there is no info about dates or times !

The more important issue is when battles will take place.... dates and times...

Or how it will be organised (if like the battle league which was chaos and exploited)...

That has a significant impact on whether people will be able to play and who I should select for the roster.

We dont know if we will get tankf for use in the champs. We dont know the day and time of  first battle.

If some developer can say how we will got tank after wipe will be really good.

Also, I'm a bit confused about the clan registration process...

It looks as if the team captain creates the team and enters the team registration info.... but it isn't clear if they supply all the team member information or not because there is also a section where it says that players have to apply to join a team ?  But in the section where it talks about players applying to join the team it doesn't say how team captains manage those applications to the team ie where they accept or decline them.... or is it that team captains have to give the players the PW as a code word to join the team ?

Some more info or perhaps some screenshots of what we need to do would be helpful.
