I keep on clicking on the arrows to try to transfer experience into free experience but can't. By the way, how do I give my crew extra experience with unused experienced?

You need gold to convert exp to free exp. 1 gold for every 50 xp. Also, you check the box on the top left that says "rapid training" to convert exp into crew exp

If u dont have gold, u cant do this. U pay 1 gold for transferring 50 exp into 50 free exp.

Well, lets calculate.
From Su-18 to su14.
from su 18 to su26:3600 exp.
from su26 to su5: 14000 exp.
from su5 to su8: 47000exp.
from su8 to su14:125000 exp, or smthng like that.
Summary: 186000 just on vehicle+20000 to get the possibility to research them=206000 exp. First, u need to farm it. on su18 its 1k of successful(!) battles. Then to transfer it u need 4120 gold. It's 16.5$. Is it huge sum of money?
In that game u choose: either spend 3-5 hours\day to farm exp and creds, or buy gold to farm exp more easily, cause it'll be possible to exchange gold for creds, but not for exp. So, even if u donate like crazy, u still need to fight. And, a secret: as russians say, "donating doen't straighten your hands" meaning not improving ur game skills. And, i think, a donator, who plays bad, is just a good piece of exp and creds, so dont worry.

Again, u need to have some exp and gold on the vehicle, to TRANSFER it to free. Not buy exp for gold.

But do you think about ppl from other countries?
16,5$ for polish is about 60zł. For this money you can buy very good game here or 30 loaves of bread.

Anyways you can transfer 400 credits for 1 gold.

If it's too much then play for hours, w\out donate. Donate will just do ur game easier. But it will not give u a huge advantage.
And, btw, u only can change gold for creds for now.

You get 150 gold per day, free, so long as you fight at least 1 battle per day I believe.

Hmmm, well what you could do is at least have it where non-gold users will have to spend 10x amount of experience compared to gold users that way they can still gain experience but gold payers get the upper-hand overall. Something of the sort at least.

Also you can Right click on the crew man and "buy" an upgrade, first is 50%, experience points, The next the next upgrade is with gold....

I have had this problem when converting gold for free experience. I found that there was a minimum of 100 exp conversion. When I tried 50 it would not allow.

Summary: try converting 100+ at once.
