-KV-2 is the end line tank, I mean it leads to arty only. But it's a great tank if used with the derp 152 properly.

-I have not played with the T-150 but from what I've heard, it have good armor, decent gun and somewhat slow (KV1 like)

-KV-1S is a master troll, I mean, It have the superb 122, decent armor and maneuvrability.

But it all depends if you're looking for the IS line or KV line...

I recommend the T-150 because if you remove the stock engine and give it the 107mm it does really well in tiers higher than it is.

The T-150 is tough as hell for a tier 6 tank, and in tier 6 games it can generate steel walls like nobody's business.  Having said that, I find that my favourite up-tiering tank is the KV-2, because its 152mm howitzer can bloody the nose of any tank it sees, often with multiple criticals.  I routinely have tier 8 games in my KV-2 where I get more than 2k damage, despite its slow-loading gun.  It's one of the best support tanks in the game, especially if you have a highly skilled crew.  I like to aim for turrets, in hopes of taking out the gun and/or gunner.  If an enemy tier 8 heavy is dueling with my team's tier 8 heavy and I smack him in the turret a couple of times with the derp gun, it can turn the tide in my team's favour.

The T-150 uses conventional tactics, whereas the KV-2 is a bit different: when up-tiering, you should preferentially target enemy tanks who are hull-down or heavily armoured, because your gun can damage them while your teammates might have more trouble.  Of course, if you have a flank shot on an enemy's rear you should generally go for that because you might get full pen, but that's true in any tank.
