If you're saying that you don't see an official XVM release for this patch, that's because they (the XVM devs) didn't push an official release. Realistically, the only big change for our purposes in this new WoT patch is that mods need to be moved into a different directory.

That's all I did. Moved the /mods/ files from /0.9.19.0.1/ into the /0.9.19.0.2/ directory.

UPDATE 12 JULY:

Upgraded to XVM 6.7.5-dev build 7713 for WoT 0.9.19.1.

Note, while the XVM development team has built this as the release for the 19.1 patch, it is still showing up as a DEVELOPMENTAL version.

In your garage and in the pre-battle period (the 30 secs before the game begins), you will see a message indicating that this is a developmental version of XVM and that you can get a stable version on their website. Unfortunately, in testing the last stable release, I was having problems during replays, while this newer build seemed to work just fine in both replay and actual live gameplay.

So, if you have any problems, please report them here. And as soon as I see a true stable release, I will update this mod. Additionally, I haven't yet had time to make any minor update tweaks to the config, or add in the newest tanks released in the game. I will make those changes ASAP.

Until then, good tanking!

UPDATE 15 July:

Upgraded to XVM 6.8.0 build 7724.

This is the latest stable XVM release (and will no longer show the warnings in garage and pre-battle).

Good tanking!

UPDATE 27 July:

Upgraded to XVM 6.8.1 build 7777 for WoT 0.9.19.1.1.

Note: According to the XVM devs, XVM does not yet work with the Bootcamp mode. If you want to enter the bootcamp, you will need to disable or delete XVM first.

Good tanking!

UPDATE 30 AUGUST:

Upgraded to XVM 6.9.0-dev for WoT 0.9.20.

NOTE: This XVM release is still marked as a "Development" build; please ignore the messages to that effect in the hangar and in the pre-battle screen. As soon as the XVM team makes the change to list this as a live release, I'll make that update here.

Changes noted so far are minor. I've adjusted the listing of the servers in the hangar as well as the login page. The in-game capture bar has changed and repositioned accordingly. If you see any problems or issues, please repor them here.

Good Tanking!

UPDATE 1 SEPTEMBER:

Upgraded to XVM 6.9.0 build 7860 for WoT 0.9.20.

This is the latest live XVM release. I've adjusted the vehiclenames.xc config file to account for the Sabaton tank.

Good Tanking!

Thanks man, great job again!

I have one question though: How can I activate the enemy player spotted status (grey, red, green dots in playerpanel next to player/tank-name). Previously it could be seen all the time while now the status is only shown when pressing "Alt".

Any clue?

It *should* be visible all the time. I'm about to update to a slightly newer XVM build, so I'll try it on a few different machines.

Cool, thanks for the effort, GJ!

UPDATE 18 OCT:

Upgraded to XVM 7.1.0 build 7996 for WoT 0.9.20.1.

I've been supporting post-hurricane ops in Florida and the US Virgin Islands/Puerto Rico for basically the past month and haven't had much time to log in and play or check out new functionality. I've updated the vehicle names file to include new tanks, but if there are new options and functions that I don't have enabled, let me know and I'll see about working those in.

As always, report bugs here.

Good tanking!

UPDATE 16 DECEMBER:

Apologoes for taking to long to get this out; unfortunately the XVM team did not make an official release for WoT 0.9.21 until today and work commitments did not allow me to get this done until now.

So on to the release: I've updated vehicle names for this new patch and made a few adjustments (capture bars now do not overlap, and server ping / populations are spread out a little more to make them more readable.

There are a few words of caution in the patch notes however:

XVM-7.3.0:
  [KNOWN ISSUES]
  * Possible game client crash when leaving the battle
  * To minimize crash possibility, markers were disabled by default.
  * Microsoft Windows XP: crash to desktop on battle loading if graphics mode is standard.

So be wary of those. New release to come as soon as they iron out those problems.

Good tanking!

UPDATE 21 DEC:

Upgraded to XVM 7.3.2 build 8175 for WoT 0.9.21.0.2

Other than adjusting mod directories for the new micropatch, the only changes I've made is adjusting the location of the capture bar downward slightly so that it is not overlapping with the team HP pool bar.

(It also seems that changes in the last couple of releases has fixed the team HP pool bar and in-hangar clock, which had not been working for me for some time.)

Good tanking!

UPDATE 16 January:

Upgraded to XVM 6.3.3 build 8186 for WoT 0.9.21.0.3.

Nothing significant has changed, though I am currently working on adjustments to the Players Panel (to show tank type icons as well as change and move the XMPQ allied team spotted/sixth sense icons to something not so garish) as well as to the damage panels. As soon as those are done, I will update the config here.

Good Tanking!

UPDATE 8 FEBRUARY:

Upgraded to XVM 7.4.0 build 8204 for WoT 0.9.22.

I've incorporated a few requests, including the addition of tank type icons in the players panel (which now serves as the tank spotted marker on the enemy team panel).

As always, please report any issues here.

Good tanking!

And if you don't think xvm is a cheat mod....then let me explain...any program that gives you more info than I get by not using any mods is giving you an advantage and therefore is cheating.  would you go to vegas and play a game that allowed other players to know if you were a tomato and that your money was going to be easy to take from you?  I don't believe you would. if you want to install a mod that makes your tanks look a certain color...or puts men in it....yeah that's ok...but when you are getting more info than I get by not using mods...then you are a cheater......period.
