A friend of mine, whom has posted multiple tickets all of which got the 'We hear your message have you tried ___' automated copy paste. She has been TRYING to contact an actual person to figure out what happened since they supposedly got gold they never got, and have to pay a bill of 50$. They've been trying to contact somebody who could help her with the problem, but there's no real 'inlet' for the system to let people fix problems through direct contact. Just automated replies that request the same thing time and again, and hoping that somebody will pay attention to the forums.
She's even stated that whatever it is they think she bought, they can have back. If she spent it, they can take what she spent it on. She just can't handle losing this account because of something that she isn't even aware happened right after finally reaching the top tier. Could somebody please look into this?
The account of said friend is 'kittykitty', and considering how far they've gone to help me through the game as far as I've played, it feels wrong to not help them resolve this so we can play again. My Christmas gift for her was in fact going to be World of Tank gold, but real life issues stopped me from being able to buy it for her until the Thursday after New Years.
