....your kidding..... So will we have to have 9 more patches until a new physics engine?? 8.10, 8.11, 8.12, 8.13, 8.14, 8.15, 8.16, etc etc etc...... Gettin real tired of your math WG.
You apparently don't understand computer programing revisions. Typically they have a base number that reflects the majority of the programing from one major change to the next. This is reflected as say 6.0, 7.0, 8.0, 9.0, etc. Then each of these baselines will have numerous minor revisions and additions typically reflected by the number after the dot, ie 8.1, 8.2, 8.3, etc. However unless there is a major change, the base revision, in this case 8.XXX will not change (basically the main engine or programing doesn't change at this point, only minor additions and revisions). There is no upward limit to the number of revisions so you could theoretically have a revision 8.293 meaning the 293rd revision to the base 8.0 version of the program.
We are at the 10th revision to the 8.0 version of the game. When they patch next, we will be at the 11th revision of the 8.0 version of the game hence, the designation 8.11. The 9.0 version will be the next designation for the next major upgrade.
