I'm guessing it was the KV-1 that survived, and camped base the whole time. Possibly eventually moved down a path that had already been clearly behind you guys.

On another note, that was my 175th battle in the KV1s and still no mastery badge.

That tank hates me.

Oh don't get me started!  Yesterday I was asking for a little love while I'm in my Chi-Nu from a KV-1.  It was 3v2 in our favor and I was approaching the cap.  He sat about three squares from the cap turning his turret back and forth searching for enemies.  As I got close to their cap I ran into the enemy full heath KV-1 while our other medium found their other TD and T-34.  I told our KV-1 to either help me or go back to base and help the other guy.  Needless to say, I took their KV-1 down to 100 HP before he killed me, and our medium on the other end of the map killed their T-34 and then got killed by the TD.  Our KV-1 never moved while either one of us was engaged.  But once dead went for their cap after all...needless to say their TD was way faster and we lost by cap.  Guess this is where XVM justified his 426 efficiency.

You need about 3,5k damage for that, or do 2,5k against tier 7 tanks.

To be honest, 2,3k as top tier is a perfectly normal good won game. They should happen as often as the games where you get 0-300 damage off.

I actually wish there was a Mod for shutting chat off in pubs, exactly for this reason.

Some scrub with a 38% win rate is normally filling the screen with pings on the map and telling everyone else what to do even before that battle starts on the only way to win. If you don't follow their directions then your an idiot.

OR he suicides straight into the enemy and fills the chat with insults because nobody supported him against the 8-9 players that vaporized him in the first minute of the match.

If you want to call the shots, platoon, start a tank company or a team battle.

In pubs just STFU, I wasn't put on this planet to enhance your game play.

It may sound harsh, but it is true

I play the game the way I play, most time good players will team up and work together in pubs. But if you notice...they won't be filling the chat log with orders to anyone, they will just play the game and try to do the best they can.

Are we supposed to be seeing something more than a KV-1S  stomping a bunch of fives?

Let's see.  You're complaining because it appears someone didn't like you trying to tell teammates what to do.  You, who admits in 175 battles in that tank you still don't have a mastery badge.  Regardless of how either of you did in the battle, he's probably correct that you shouldn't be trying to tell your teammates how to play.

This explains lots

The Dunning–Kruger effect is a cognitive bias in which unskilled individuals suffer from illusory superiority, mistakenly rating their ability much higher than is accurate. This bias is attributed to a metacognitive inability of the unskilled to recognize their ineptitude.[1] Actual competence may weaken self-confidence, as competent individuals may falsely assume that others have an equivalent understanding. - Quote from Wikipedia

If you don't understand the paragraph, you are probably a sever sufferer - this is why the worst players give advise and think they know so much

Mastery badge has nothing to do with number of battles. The KV-1 is a very popular tank, played very well by a large majority of people. It's going to take a massive game to obtain your badge.

There is in Aslains.  I use it from time to time.

Use that mod and use the WG option to turn off PMs other than friends list and you can be in utopia.
