Even if you don't take the game seriously, there are those that do. They are the ones that help you win, because it's in their nature to never give up.

 

Even if you don't take the game seriously, LEARN from those that do.  Eventually, you can be the driving force on your teams leading to victory.

 

There are more casual players playing WoT than serious players, this is a given. But don't sell yourself short, casual play does not automatically mean you are a baddie or that you have nothing to add to the match, unless you choose to, or enjoy being a non-factor, take a small amount of pride in continuous improvement of your game. 

 

You don't have to be a no-lifer to be good, to matter, to be an effective member of your team.

You may just be playing the game for fun....but play the damn game.

 

you should never start a game you do not intend to win

Here, here.  I'm no star @tanks, but at least I try every battle.  Hopefully, now that the 300 battle event is over, the number of worthless afks will drop.
