We have created an emblem and captured one landing and a neighboring province and subsequently lost the landing and ransacked the province and returned it to the civilians.

Unfortunately your Clan does not meet the 2nd requirement for the rebate. You need 20 or more members in your clan in order to qualify. Keep recruiting more members though, because if you get 20 players in your clan by the end of the month you can still get the gold rebate!

in fact I have made so many clan emblems and changed it over 10 times because they don't allow us to preview the image on the tank before you pay 500 gold,.  I would like to be re paid some gold back, at least so I can hand it out to clan mates... its not easy recruiting players.  love the game though.. thank you

i have changed the clan emblem and payed 500 gold but it changed only background color on the clan wall.

 

Several alt accounts were detected within the players on your roster. For now, your clan does not meet the requirements. If you reach 20 members that are not alt accounts, you can claim the rebate.
