IIRC, they're going to start server roaming sometime soon, so it's likely that there will be no more account transfers.

Select groups are currently testing the feature, and the RU accounts of Russian Developers have been spotted playing even in NA. It shouldn't be too far in the future that you can play on any server cluster you like.

Also, the player base on NA is already too small for 'normal' MM. Sorry to be an annoying vote ;)

I came from SEA server (as in I had one there, started a new one when I came to the States) and I still play on NA from there. Ping is bearable, nothing too game breaking. Obviously messes up with those clutch shot moments though.

Being from South Africa... NA East lags less (about 290ms ping) than EU (about 360ms ping) for me  , and I know that Australian players also lag less playing on NA (east or west) than on SEA
