I put together an AJ T43 skin today. It was simple, but I like how it turned out.




Credits to user created images goes to blackm3sh for the filly, and blackgryph0n for the cutie mark.

As usual, the crash skin has something special.

The KV-13 is one of the fastest medium tanks in the game (at 60km/h) so a Rainbow skin could work.
Or, as we now have an AJ T-43, you could continue the Soviet medium tank line with Applejack.

Now, if anyone happens to be using a Premium Garage at this time, I have a favour to ask.

We have been working on a Premium MLP Garage skin and need a real Premium Garage to test and finalize it. I could still view it by replacing MODEL, PRIMATIVE, and VISUAL files, but the garage lighting is off and we have a missing roof, and magically floating stair steps, etc.



Please download the package from here:

and install it into the Premium Garage folder:

World_of_Tanks\res\content\Interface\shells\Hangar_premium

after backing up the original garage files. Note: not every file will be replaced.



Note that the package contains TWO "hangar_p_Stripes" files. The first one should result in a more purple ceiling, the second ("hangar_p_Stripes version2") should result in a mostly white ceiling. My client will not view the ceiling so I cannot tell if they will work or not. Please try both and see which one looks better (you will have to do a bit of renaming while switching. Also note, unlike tank skins, I do not think you can switch garage skins while the game is on, so please exit before switching garage skins).

View the garage, take several screenshots of all garage elements (for best quality, please view garage in maximum resolution and texture, etc. Do not worry, the game should not lag as long as you do not enter a battle with such high detail), and post pictures, including both ceilings, on this thread to provide feedback. Also, check the brightness of the garage skin; is it bright and shiny enough, but not burn the eyes?, etc.

For today, we have some sample pictures of the Premium Garage from our own client, though note the poor lighting and missing pieces.

Some notes:
-None of the garage doors are suitable for pictures, due to repeating pieces.
-Despite the seemingly larger size of the garage, flat poster surfaces are not especially common.
-Much of the garage involve repeating tiles.
-We now have a framed map!
-In the actual premium garage the tank would face the other way (i.e. towards the main garage door)

Thanks for the reply and screenshots.

I prefer the purple ceiling too; I initially thought it might turn out looking like a solid block of colour and burn the eyes.

It looks like the walls and floor could do with a bit more brightness, and I'm considering trying to erase some of the stains on the floor and near (and above) the main garage door.




I'll leave the garage alone for today if anyone else has any comments/suggestions, and probably make a slightly modified version sometime tomorrow.

Sorry for quality, taken on my laptop.

I hope to never skin another Type-59 as long as I live. (The back of the turret made me want to cry when I tried to put a vector there.)
I finally decided to shell out for one, and since there wasn't a skin here, I made one.
There will probably be some errors in this, since it was kinda rushed. I wanted to finish it before 7.1 came out.
