Like the Spartan race, Tough Mudder can be a victim of its own success.

It varies on the year and location of course, but the past few events I'm participated in had 30min waits for the obstacles due to the number of people.

Just be aware and do your research.

I've done two Tough Mudders in the last two years... good stuff for sure.

Too bad the notice was pretty last minute.  Registration costs jump ridiculously as the event gets closer.  We generally sign up 5-6 months out.  3 days out, the price is probably close to $200.

Any endurance race that requires you to run through live electrified wires is a no go.

Far to much of a safety hazard.

Equals a negrep. Focus on fixing in this game what needs to be fixed before having your fun. When you've got that done, you'll have happier paying players, and your fun will be more well deserved.

How long will it take people to learn that gameplay changes and the like are done by WGRU? If WG decides that MM is going to change one way or another, it will be the work of the RU office(s).

tough mudder.... lol Only team not to ever get through will be Wargaming. Too much E-sports. Not enough real sports.  Or are you going to pay outsiders to come in so you don't make yourselves look bad.

Was in a couple of Spartan races a couple of years back. Throw on top of that basic training, and firefighting years before..it's not easy and it's not fun lol until you finish and only if YOU finish.

Sorry mate but I'm smarter than I appear. I however can not complain to the RU team beacuse I am just a player, I alone have absolutely no weight.. Now get the entire NA community pushing WGNA to get something done, NA can pass word along to RU, and things can or can not be done.

I Enjoy World Of Tanks and have for a few years.  I proud to say that I am playing a game online that supports projects like this.

Wounded Warriors Project is a valuable assistance to families.

To my fellow warriors - I salute you.

Second time the WG team is close to my area....second time I'll be out of town at the same time.

Enjoy the trip, have fun.  August evenings in Truckee are freakin awesome.

There is an underground "athletic nerd" movement. No really, LOL!

Some of the LARP-ing stuff is catered for the more physical people out there.

A fair amount of WOT players are current or ex-military (myself included). I play lots of WOT, do a lot of work online, and also love to keep fit.

I'm just a simple neeeerd!!!

Rad! your team will have a blast, just have them do themselves a favor and get running a little before hand, the better prepared you are the more fun you will have. that being said a great many people just go out and 'wing it'. i've got four under my belt here in Florida, some have had glitches, others had none, all were a great time. remember to bring some kind of sports camera for pics n viddys, and oh, i call no b@lls if your team doesn't wear kilts ;)
