Everytime I get to 49% or slightly higher mm takes a dump on me. It keeps hammering me till I drop to 48 or lower. Is there some sort of setup in mm to hit you? Sure seems like it to me and its frustrating.http://www.noobmeter.com/player/na/skidsteer5/1003172490/

No, it's all in your head. Just improve and it'll go up.

Nope.   Just gotta play better, figure out which tanks work for you, and get comfortable with the tiers you are playing.

If you can't consistently contribute meaningfully to help win a game....consider running at a lower tier, and grinding crews for better skills.  Pushing up tiers is the fastest way for most folks to kill their WR and enjoyment.

The reason your WR stays bad is because you stay bad.

Get better and your WR will too.

Just play. I've been stuck in the 53% bracket for several thousand games and was only officially 54% less than 1 day. It's a roller coaster of ups and downs, even more so when you play solo all the time. Just work on things you can control. W/R will follow.....eventually.

Come On Man.  Read this "thoughts at 37k" by, jsgx3 on the forum.  Then, just play better.

You play like a 49% player, you have a 49% winrate...so yeah, of course your winrate is going to jump up and down around 49%.  Instead of worrying about tiny fluctuations in your winrate you should be thinking about how you can get better.

Concentrate on improving your WN8 or Performance Rating that WoT has.  Your WR will rise as happenstance.  You can't win by yourself.  But you can cage your performance in game with a Mod that keeps track of each battle's WN8 or Efficiency.

I have read a lot, and have watched a lot.  The only way I can get WR up is if I slowly measure my own gains in performance.

Good luck.

Your win 7 and win 8 are both below average.  BUT you are improving. So do not worry about win rate and continue to improve. Train crews learn maps and stick to tier 4 -6 good luck

The day I stopped worrying about my WR and started to worry about my performance.... I excelled as a tanker.

Play to have fun, and set goals for yourself that are obtainable both short and long term. As you excel as a tanker, your WR will slowly begin to improve.

The ONLY way to paddle your way up is to IMPROVE your game.

Thanks. I have been staying at tier 5 and 6.Not trying to rush up the tiers. Got rid of some tanks and trying to get the crews up with skills. Watching video's and reading and looking at reviews of tanks to understand how to use them. Just that I get frustrated sometimes.

Just keep at it. My winrate over the entire time I've been playing has been a pretty steady climb, but over shorter intervals, sometimes it's skyrocketing and other times it's stagnating. Happens to all of us, there will be periods of good luck and periods of bad luck. Can't stop it,can only keep working on getting better. Long-term your winrate will keep up with your improvement. Short-term it'll jump around.

Slowly crawling up and above 50% W/R is a bumpy ride - I know. I just did it. Every so often, you hit a bad patch and your W/R drops a few points. But then when luck turns again and you go back to normal gridning you go up and above the point where you were the last time. And it contiues like that after 50% too, so you better get used to it. :)

I hit 50,1% last week, then had a few crappy days where the W/R dropped to 50.04%. Now I am slowly climbing back up again. But you do realize I am fuzzing about 0.06% here. That's pretty ridiculous. Even I can see that. Where did I put my chill pill again?

Don't take this wrong, but you're not a very good player yet. Your damage is a little too low, though your recent kill rates are not bad. Right now your win rate is just a roll of the MM dice, because you're not affecting these game enough, enough times, to make much of a difference.

If you are bouncing on win rate, you have maxed out your winrate based upon your contribution to the game.

The "mm is out to get me" thing is purely a matter of perception, the mm calculates by tank weight...with the occasional "dump" which is were those REALLY odd matches come from. Just play to win and your WR will follow, worked for me was under 45% a little bit ago and changed my play attitude.

:honoring:
