I have a premium account and it continues to tick down even though the game has become a lagfest since the patch. Everytime i enter the garage or game my graphics settings are changed to CUSTOM which lags me. I expect that i will be reimbursed for the inability to play in the lag....if not i will call PAYPAL and let them know i didn't get what i paid for... SOOOOOOOOOOO many people have complained that there is a definite problem that needs to be fixed immediately or start giving out the refunds!

I think i'm just going to reverse the charges at paypal's end. 2 msgs to WOT tech support, no response. Nothing from dev's on the forum....think that might be it for me.

I had 2 days of premium account left when this 6.4 patch came out, I have 22 hrs left and I need to get this pz3 to a pz4, which is about impossible with all the server lag, I would like to see a refund in some form or another. Not a smart idea to use the same servers for downloads and to host the game servers on, that falls under common sense IT rule there. Kinda wondering if you guys really know what you are doing?

Dev response on here would be nice.

Yea I think they will serve their interests alot better if they cover peoples premium for as long as the problems exist. I dont think people should go EMO on them as its something Im pretty sure they will fix in due time.Sit back, relax and let em get after the problem.

That all sounds great - c'ept they haven't even acknowledged there is a problem yet.....A lil public post from an admin saying "yeah, we know, we're on it, premium accounts will be taken care of" would go a long way to stop people from being "emo" don'tcha think? I mean it has been 2 days now since the upgrade and other then a new game and new website upgrade we haven't actually heard from anyone on this topic.....
