Before the patch game running smoothly on my computer and after the patch the great lag. Ping increased from 60~80 to 120+, and FPS reduced from 30 to 5. Now I can not play at night time, because it take me 3 min to log in to a battle.

There was some serious server load last night, try it again tonight. If your FPS is still down the crapper, lower your graphics.

Lowered mine and still the same.95% of my settings were at high before the patch.You really think any game is worth playing if you have to keep lowering graphic settings?I think not.Will see what happens on next few patches.You may give me a negative,I care no more.I only try to express my views and when someone does not agree or whatever,well,you get my point.

i fail to see where the devs arent supporting this...

all i see is a badly planned server layout (90% of the people thinks that lag is being caused by ppl downloading the patch, which means game server = file server)

we'll wait it out for a few, then bring the torch, flamethrower, molotovs, etc etc

Secondly, there's different kind of lag. Frame lag and connection lag. But the lag has nothing to do with graphic settings.

I find this rather funny, see i took the liberty into making 2 accounts, one for EU servers, and one for American servers. EU has a lot more players and got the patch the same day as american servers, but the american servers have less players playing and yet there seems to be no lag on the EU but tons!!! on the US servers? Now tell me.....How is this possible???

Lag was quite bad tonight, everyone in each game i played was complaining...

I tell you what irritates the Cold-Snot out of me and that's paying for all this extra-premium equipment, log onto the game, wait for 4 agonizing minutes, only to Hear no See! your tank get blown the F up with all your Super Bitchen stuff in it without using it   Then some clown gets credit for killing you! Oh yes you get credit for gettin blown-up too. (You have to be fair about these things after all.)It be okay if I could just casually drive up on a King Tiger and Mosey around it's back end and Ram 3 or 4 shots with the cheap ammo up his Ass, without the any fear of reprisal what so ever... But it's never happened to me. The few kills I got were well worked for...Maybe they do something about it.....At this rate I will get my Sherman Easy 8 in say 5 months of constant playing.

Just played two games (NA server).  No problem with the first one.  Ping was ~100ms and I was getting around 60fps.  Started the second game and the ping went up over 300ms and my framerate went down to ~5fps.  Completely unplayable.

Unfortunately, WG and co. are too busy rolling in piles of Lowebucks and snorting fat lines off the backsides of 19-year old Thai poolboys to give a crap about the effects of their godawful choice of hosts.
They've effectively killed the game for a large number of Australian and New Zealand customers using TCNZ and Telstra (the biggest ISP's in their respective countries).

Sure, they could have hosted through somewhere in San Francisco, LA or New York, but why go to that expense when data can be routed for half the price through an obscure host attached to a provably gimped network?

the past 4 days have been completely unbearable.  before that the game ran perfect perfect with 50-80 ping.  now my ping stays the same, but i get 5-10sec of complete 100% lag where i can't do anything.  80% of the time i come out on the other side of that lag dead.

no other game has this type of problem.  it was out of the blue.  it is complete crap and I can't believe any game developer would let this stand.

oh, and that 5-10lag happens at least 3-4x per match.  it doesn't matter what time of day i play either.  it's all the time.

im having major issues too. every single match is almost 3 times as long to load as prepatch and im stuck at around 1 fps with around 999 ping... this is so outragous prepatch i ran with next to no problems... but this is just crazy and im trying very hard to not lose my cool.. but none of my other games are running this bad... -sigh- not like anyone really cares about the problems of those people that got screwed over by this patch

If you enter your "Task Manager" you can actually right click on the Internet Explore Tab and set Priority higher, thus dedicating more of your Ram towards Internet use.  That should ultimately increase your gaming experience.  I hope that helps.

Onamism it helps me a tiny tiny bit but i can accually move and such now.. kinda.... it got me up to 2fps and down to around 700 ping... still terrable... but it helpped thank you

Please fix the lag as i am getting f...... sick of it i pay for premium account and can not use it.

What makes you think that the lag problem your having is on the WoT end? Perhaps you have a crappy ISP?
