I tried logging into wot today and it did a quick update, when it tried to log into the sign-in screen the game crashed without any error pop up. I repeatedly tried logging in and it kept crashing. So I tried to update everything to be sure it wasn't something wrong on my end, like Java and Adobe. Everything was good so I finally uninstalled wot and attempted to re-install. The game will not install now, it gives me an error message and crashes.

I'm considering giving up, I didn't download or do anything to effect the game and it worked perfectly fine prior to this recent small update.

But what I don't understand is if it was the update, why won't it not re-install.

Any help would be great, if not.. Adios WOT.

I had the same issues...it was my MOD...I basically had to remove the mod then reinstall it.....if you are using a mod, you may have to check with the website of that mod on how to uninstall and reinstall the mod....after I did, it works fine...good luck

"The process requires elevation" tells me that it wants to run with admin rights.

If its not prompting you to automatically elevate the rights for the application you can right click on it and select "run as administrator", if your account doesn't have admin rights, you'll be prompted to provide credentials for that do have administrative level access.

Im having the same issues, Everything was fine, I went away for a week, come back, and it updated to 9.3...then shuts down while loading, tonight I'd tried again..it did another update, fires up to the loading screen, and then just before its going to flip to the login screen...it crashes!!

Ive tried running as admin, no difference..whatever happened in the 9.3 updates has totally fkd things up for lots of people!

Try run as administrator as suggested earlier. Let us know if that works or not please.

here is a youtube video i made on the issue...

World of tanks , when i hit play i get about 30 seconds of black screen with no video or sound. then i am in the garage. also the sound doesn't work for being spotted.. all of this started about right after the new patch.. the game has been uninstalled twice since then. I do have XVM on now!
