As some of you may know, the Pershing in the game is capable of representing the T26E1 "Super Pershing", but it's not quite right. No counterweight on the turret, etc. I got to thinking about it a bit and remembered the T32's turret, which is visually exactly the same as the Pershing's, but adds the counter-weight.

25 T26E3s were converted to T26E4 Super Pershings with improved gun mounts that eliminated the need for the stabilizer springs.

And now we can have that in the game!

To do this..

Back up your Pershing's directory
(Typically c:\games\world of tanks\res\vehicles\american\A35_Pershing

Open up the A12_T32 folder, click Normal, lod0, and copy the following files:

Turret_02.model
Turret_02.primitives
Turret_02.visual

Copy these files somewhere save..desktop or something. Rename them Turret_01 respectively (Or keep them Turret_02 if it's the 2nd turret you're replacing on the Pershing)

Copy the renamed files back to the res\vehicles\american\A35_Pershing folder, and if you backed up the directory, replace the files.

Fire up the game, and now you've got a (more) visually accurate Super Pershing.

Have fun!
